Your “switch” audition for Apple likely failed (it’s not on apple.com yet) because your voice trailed off just a hair too much at the end.
That DJ person, what’s her name, had the same problem, so I don’t know why they selected her over you.
My hearing isn’t that good and I think I had to replay the “my occupation is” about five times with my sound system goosed a bit in order for me to distinguish your words.
It was worth it though because I laughed like crazy when the words could be distinguished. Perhaps in preparing your next audition video you will consider posting the text of your script. Use Flash possibly and have the text scroll across the screen in sync with the video.
