Not making public toilets available for free is just another attempt to drive homeless people out of city centres and out of the public perception. You neatly point out how very much convenience this adds for all involved parties. The homeless get even worse sanitary conditions, you get poo under your shoe (is this the long anticipated return of Ani-acid-pen? :) ).
Similar concepts such as stronger police presence in centres are employed to drive off other nuisances such as drug dealers. They are all driven to the suburbs, hooray. A totally perverse idea of how to solve “problems” if you ask me. I live in a rather wealthy suburb, and a couple of weeks ago I took a nightly walk for a smoke and from a distance saw an elderly lady serving herself from a large garbage container. Where are these people going to sleep now it gets colder? There are no large heat exhausts in suburbs and much less open shelter. People will either freeze or possibly be forced to break property rights which will take them straight to jail. Now isn’t that just per-fect?
Present society is going to choke on its own cancerous ulcer of total conformity trying to displace everything it feels no sympathy for. Soon. Ever heard of France these days?
